Mestecenilor Residence is built by Scandia Română Development, the real estate division of the Scandia Group, one of the most solid and respected Romanian companies, with a long history in the local market.
For generations, the Scandia name has been synonymous with reliability, quality, and consistency. The Group has long contributed to the development of the Romanian food industry, today bringing together several factories and a large team of employees, with solid businesses nationwide. This is the kind of business that was not built overnight, but through years of work, carefully considered investments, and respect for the people they work with.
FIRST RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
This philosophy also underlies Mestecenilor Residence, the Scandia Group’s first residential project, through a natural entry into the Sibiu real estate market, a city the company knows well and where it already has strong roots.
For the architectural design of the complex, Scandia Română Development collaborates with the K-Box Construction Design architecture firm, bringing technical expertise alongside the vision of a long-term investor.
