INFORMATION NOTICE
– regarding the processing of personal data –
Considering: the provisions of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation” or “GDPR”.

1. We process a series of personal data concerning you, as defined by the provisions of Art. 4(1) GDPR, which you provide to us as a result of completing and submitting the data electronically on the website www.mestecenilor.ro

Within the meaning of the terms of the GDPR, SCANDIA ROMÂNĂ DEVELOPMENT S.R.L., acts as the Controller in relation to the processing operations of the personal data that belong to you.
2. By engaging in communication with us, you understand that you are giving your free, express, and unequivocal consent regarding the processing of your personal data, and this consent constitutes the legal basis on which we process your data.
3.These data are processed for the purpose of communicating with you, for the purpose of resolving any issues or uncertainties related to the services or products we offer you, any complaints submitted, as well as for any other purpose for which you have provided us with personal data, in compliance with the applicable legislation.
4. We inform you that we implement technical and organizational measures to protect all operations relating to your personal data, in order to prevent unauthorized processing of data, as well as accidental or unlawful loss or destruction.
5. We undertake the obligation not to disclose personal data to unauthorized third parties. However, we reserve the right to transmit your personal data to public institutions or authorities (for example: City Hall, ONRC, courts of law, bailiffs) based on the legal obligations incumbent upon us.
6. The personal data you provide to us will be stored in accordance with the provisions in EU law or domestic law, for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the processing takes place, to fulfill legal obligations incumbent upon us, or until you withdraw your consent.
7. We inform you that, in relation to your personal data, you have the following rights recognized by the GDPR:
The right to be informed – which represents the right to be informed about the identity of the controller, the purpose of data processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, the existence of the rights provided by the GDPR, and the conditions under which these rights can be effectively exercised.
The right of access – represents the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your data are being processed and the right to access those data, except where such requests are repetitive or made in manifest bad faith;
The right to rectification – represents the right to request the rectification of personal data that are inaccurate; The right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) – you may exercise the right to erasure where the processing was not lawful or in other cases provided by law (for example, when the data are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which they were processed). However, we inform you that erasure cannot take place when the processing is carried out on the basis of the law;
The right to restriction of processing – represents the right to request restriction of processing where you contest the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided by law;
The right to object – represents your right to object at any time, on justified and legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, except where there are contrary legal provisions or where the processing is based on a legitimate interest;
The right to data portability – represents the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a format that can be read automatically, or the right to request that those data be transmitted to another controller;
The right to lodge a complaint – represents your right to lodge a complaint regarding the manner in which personal data are processed with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, or the right to bring an action before the courts of law; If you do not give your consent regarding the company’s processing of personal data, you will not be able to send us the Contact Form and we will not be able to assist you with the questions/clarifications you wish to send us.
We inform you that the company does not use your personal data for automated processing, nor for profiling. We do not make automated decisions about you.
